We are seeking a skilled and strategic Product Manager with technical and commercial knowledge of wellness solutions, most preferably hot tubs, cold plunges, and accessories. This role is vital in driving product innovation, managing a diverse portfolio, and staying ahead of industry trends in a competitive global market. The ideal candidate will bridge technical expertise with commercial insight to ensure our product line remains both innovative and profitable.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry standards, regulations, and emerging technologies in the spa and wellness sector.
• Portfolio management: Maintain and develop a high-performing portfolio of hot tubs, cold plunges and accessories. Maintain strong commercial awareness to identify opportunities for differentiation and market positioning.
• Develop products: Take part in product development tasks with R&D, and create strategies for a winning portfolio
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with global sales, supply chain, innovation & technology, marketing & brands and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance using KPIs, customer feedback, and market analysis to guide improvements and investments.

• Proven experience in product management, ideally in the wellness or spa industries.

• Ability to travel.

• Strong IT skills

• Fluent English and preferably Finnish: additional language skills are a plus.

• We appreciate technical and commercial understanding of hot tubs, cold plunges and related sauna/spa accessories.

LOCATION

You can be employed in any of our European Group Companies and this role offers flexible hybrid working arrangements. However, we expect you to be able to spend regularly time in our headquarters in Muurame, Finland.
