Product Marketing Specialist
Join Harvia Finland Oy as a full-time Product Marketing Specialist in our global Marketing & Brands team and help shape how the world experiences sauna!
As a Product Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for creating, maintaining and updating product marketing content that makes it easy for sales teams and partners to sell – and for end customers to buy – Harvia’s products and solutions across channels. You support both our reseller and D2C businesses by translating product features, innovations and changes into clear product descriptions, key benefits and marketing materials used consistently across customer and sales touch points. Your role covers product marketing content across the product lifecycle, from launch content for new products to ongoing updates as products evolve or are discontinued.
You collaborate closely with Product Group Managers, the Data team, and Sales to ensure product marketing content is up to date in the PIM system that feeds content to websites, brochures, and resellers partners’ channels.
YOUR ROLE
Create clear product positioning, value propositions, and key messages for your assigned product areas, including PDP content, to ensure a consistent and compelling customer experience across all touch points.
Ensure product marketing information in the PIM system is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for discoverability across search engines (SEO) and AI-driven experiences (GEO).
Create sales materials for the products, ensuring they are clear, engaging, and effective for the sales team.
Make sure product marketing materials are high-quality, complete, and consistent across all channels and markets.
Turn technical product features into clear customer benefits and engaging product stories.
Support the product lifecycle, including launches, updates, and phaseouts.
YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE WITH
At least 3 years of experience in product marketing or product management in an international environment, along with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field.
Hands-on experience managing structured product data and marketing content across product information management platforms, e-commerce systems and content management systems.
Strong project management skills and the ability to drive tasks forward independently.
Experience in developing and improving product marketing processes and tools to support scalable, high-quality content creation and maintenance.
Track record in working in cross-functional teams with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent copywriting and verbal communication skills.
A structured and collaborative working style, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Fluency in English and Finnish; German language skills are considered an advantage.
