Business Development Manager (pricing)

About the role
Harvia Group Oy is looking for a Business Development Manager to strengthen Harvia’s global business development especially in the area of pricing.
In this role, your key task is to develop and strengthen Harvia’s pricing strategies and pricing management. You help us to make better pricing decisions by providing actionable insights and analytical structure. You also deliver great value by strengthening Harvia’s pricing processes and strategies. The role is global, but in addition to working on Harvia Group level topics, you offer solutions, recommendations and hands-on support for individual markets and product groups. You don’t only analyze but work pragmatically to achieve business impact. Depending on your skillset and experience, you can be a valuable contributor also to other business development topics and projects.
Our expectations from you
- Relevant master’s degree, e.g. in finance, business or industrial engineering and management.
- 2+ years in management consulting or 4+ years in relevant company roles.
- Proven analytical skills and capability to communicate effectively.
- Keen interest in developing processes and ability to implement them into organization.
- Ability to drive change by collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Both written and spoken fluency in English.
What is considered an advantage
- Experience in pricing management strategies, processes and tools.
- Knowledge of different analytical and business intelligence software.
- Understanding of D2C business and web shops.
- Experience from an international business and working environment.
- Other language skills, e.g., Finnish, German.

This position offers flexibility for partial remote work. At first, we expect you to spend more than half of your time at Harvia headquarters in Muurame, next to Jyväskylä. After some time, a larger part of your work can be done remotely, even though we expect you to visit our headquarters regularly and travel occasionally outside Finland.
We hope that you can start at the beginning of 2026 at the latest.
