Our Technical Customer Support team consists of experts with a wide range of educational and career backgrounds. They are all united by one thing: a genuine passion for helping our customers make the most of the wellbeing benefits of our products in the best possible way.
The core expertise of our team is in solving challenges related to product installation, use, and maintenance, as well as supporting customers in choosing the right product for their needs. The role requires strong interaction and customer service skills as well as the ability to apply and develop technical expertise on a daily basis. Every day brings something new to learn.
Our customer base is wide. We serve Harvia’s resellers, service partners, business customers, and end users around the world. The international operating environment offers excellent opportunities to gain deeper insight into the needs of different markets and to specialize within the team according to individual strengths.
Sales support is responsible for order processing, coordinating deliveries, and responding to customer inquiries. Its tasks ensure a smooth order-to-delivery process and serve as a key interface between customers and internal stakeholders.
