What is it like to work in human resources at Harvia?

I have been working at Harvia in HR roles since autumn 2023, and in my current role as an HR Specialist I am responsible for, among other things, payroll, employee benefits, and acting as a key user for various HR systems. My work is diverse and varied. The days are definitely not the same, and that is exactly what motivates me. Here, you can challenge yourself, continuously learn new things, and work with a great team where humor is also part of our everyday work.
